9007 Light Bulb


The 9007 automotive bulb is a dual beam lamp that is commonly used as a replacement part for headlights. It utilizes Halogen technology and has two filaments, one for high beam and one for low beam. The bulb is used in both projector and reflector headlights. Its name is deciphered as follows: "90" refers to the bulb's diameter in millimeters and "07" refers to its length in tenths of millimeters. The bulb uses a P29t base and has a nominal power of 12 volts and 65/55 watts. It has a usual lifespan of around 1-2 years. The 9007 bulb is interchangeable with the HB5 bulb type. Its specs include a brightness of 1000-1200 lumens and a color temperature of 3200-3400 kelvins.
